Hello, im currently leveling whit a two friends on classic, and i will create a guild of my own since i have guild managing skills from various mmos.
The thing is that since im new to classic i as a guild leader and probably raid leader dont have experience in classic raids. So the point of this post is too see if someone has some free time and knowledge to enlight me on how to do the raids and raid lead on classic

I am a new player in the game. On which realm and faction do you play with your friends?
Just read the wowhead guides, and prepare to herd cats that think you want to steal their toys.
…Personally I’d actually rather have some angry toy protective cats than some of the players I’ve raided with over the years.
My advice OP, is that guilds have their own politics. Not everyone is going to like each other (especially when you have massive 40player rosters), so as a leader you have to try and get people to work together instead of fall out.
The raids themselves really aren’t difficult and you can learn them quite easy. The challenge comes from managing your teammates.
Just a reminder if you are new to this on classic, you are VERY late to the game and recruiting a raid roster will be very difficult this close to Naxx as an unknown guild.
Not wanting to put you off, just want you to be aware it will be an uphill struggle.
And yea as mentioned above, watch raid videos on YouTube, it’s the next best thing to experiencing it.

Step 1: Decide what type of guild you are building. What are your goals? Try to be somewhat specific.
go pugs see how they do things.get gear. learn and understand mechanics
repeat those long enuff.
If raiding is your goal, it will be quite hard in Classic at this point to start a guild that gets 60 raiding members (40 per raid and the spare), but that is your challenge.
For raid leading, it is not uncommon at all that raiding guild have raid leaders that are not the guild master. You will want to have raid leaders that are experienced in A: raid leading, and B: WoW classic content. Doing raid leading as inexperienced in one of those two will severely damage the raid efficiency and fun and will cause drama after the “fun new” part wears off and you keep struggling trough content.
As guild leader you can also take other roles during the raid, like loot master or part of a loot council. Or none at all, and let your assigned officers take care of that part.

we are alliance and lvl 15 atm do we dont mind helping u get at the same spet that we are at.
