Keeping this up. I was stuck renown 3 0/2500 last week, and now I’m stuck renown 4. Hope this will get fixed soon enough.

The bug with the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club renown has been active since March 5, 2025, the very first raid week.
It has been widely reported by many players across both the EU and US communities. Despite this, the issue still persists without a fix or official acknowledgement from Blizzard.
Even the official support page doesn’t list this as a known issue, nor has it been updated to reflect the problem or offer a solution.

25 points of rep away from reaching renown 5 and that was while I still had bosses and lieutenants left to kill.
It all makes perfect sense, right?
Even the armory is playing catch up. Has been 2175/2500 on renown 3 for a couple days now.

Mine stucked 5 renown like 0,000/2,500. After I killed boss and dont get rep

After killing heroic every single week + some mythic kills hardstuck at Renown 3 GMs cant help, this is fantastic. Getting benched in a mythic guild because of a bug. Getting ignored. This is unbelievable.
Edit: Last week I thought oh well I’ll be a week behind so what. But now it seems I am hardstuck not even getting Renown at all anymore. Also here’s a screenshot that proves it’s an actual bug.

I have been killing heroic every week + some mythic bosses yet I am hardstuck at Renown 3. Since Blizzard decided to connect this to player power, this is a fantastic way to get people benched in somewhat competitive guilds and subsequently them quitting the game =). Tickets basically shrug with some AI macro telling me to go to wowhead. This has to be the biggest priority? What is going on?

Adding to this post that I am also one of the unfortunate ones. Was stuck at Renown 3 last week, while Renown 4 was possible. And this week I’m stuck on Renown 4, while Renown 5 is possible.
I’ve made two bug reports explaining the issue, and also opened a ticket. But all I get in return is that there are no known issues and everything is working as ‘intended’. It’s very dissapointing to see Blizzard not making this issue known, considering it has been going on since first raid week. Missing out on damage/heal buffs, is a massive issue for majority of raiding guilds.

As a result, some changes have been implemented already which should help prevent issues like this going forward, as well as enable players previously impacted to catch up through normal means.
As before, if anyone is still getting stuck and unable to gain more rep where they should – please send a bug report!
Well thank you for getting back to us. Sadly this is still very much ongoing. I just tested this in LFR and killed a boss to no avail. Still not getting reputation, although I am not at the Renown 5 cap.

I appreciate you guys looking into this! However I can confirm this did not fix the issue, I just now cleared a full Normal raid, and did not receive any rep. Still stuck at Renown 4

Still having this issue. Cleared LFR for the rep, and stopped at 0/2500 Rank 4.

How often are we expected to keep reporting the same bug via bug report before it gets attention? Weekly? Daily?

I second this. Literally getting benched because of a bug. Oh well, I guess I’m not gonna play then.

Same I would stop run LFR if rep stopped like this.
If blizzard fix all bosses drop rep once week wihout stopped next rank. I would back play LFR.

Bro from blizzard is writing that it was fixed and literally nobody can catch up - are you not ashamed for lying? How or who did you test to say it is working when literally NOBODY can confirm this. Blizzard support is just peak comedy. Reading the thread and lying about it being fixed thats just to crazy

Guys… I don’t know how or why, but it looks like Blizzard finally dropped the patch notes we’ve been waiting for. I’m honestly in shock. I thought I was going to be stuck one renown behind forever.
But here it is. It’s actually real. I think.
Posting it here in case anyone else missed it:
Patch 11.4.1 – “Working as Intended: Deluxe Edition”
Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club – Renown Adjustments
Fixed a visual issue where players thought they were stuck at 4/5 Renown.
The system was actually working perfectly… for someone else.
Added new lore:
“Those who entered the raid before completing the sacred pre-quests were marked by fate to never gain full renown. Thus it was written, thus it shall be.”
Affected players are now given the prestigious title:
🏅 “Honourable Member of the Loyalty Club (Pending Approval)”
Added new weekly activity:
Loot 12 glowing trash piles, whisper to Vashreen, offer a bug report, and receive a ghostly echo of the Renown you could have had in a better world.
New Emote: /cope
Your character sighs, opens the renown tab, and mutters, “Maybe next reset…”
AI Support Response Overhaul
SupportBot Dave™ has received its quarterly AI training update, now responding with over 7 pre-written phrases, including:
“We haven’t had any similar reports (since 5 minutes ago).”
“Please try relogging, then relogging harder.”
“Have you considered emotional resilience?”
“Try again next expansion.”
Players submitting more than 3 bug reports about the renown issue will now receive an inspirational poster titled:

New Feature:

A new cutscene will now trigger after missing renown for the third week in a row, featuring:

New World Quest: Form A38 – Requisition of Lost Progress
Objective:
Navigate the twisting corridors of Undermine’s Bureaucracy Hall. Speak to NPCs who only answer in riddles, collect six copies of Form A38, and convince the Archivist that your renown problem is not just “a skill issue.”
Reward:
One (1) polite message from SupportBot Dave™ saying:
“We’re looking into it.”
Developer Announcement
Due to the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club renown bug causing a portion of the raid population to be permanently 1 renown behind, and thus lacking the crucial 3% damage buff, we’ve decided to take action:
🏆 The Hall of Fame has been placed in Timewalking Stasis
Affected guilds may apply for compensation in the form of a “Really Tried” badge
All raid logs will now be normalized to simulate what would have happened if you actually had the buff
The new leaderboard will be based on effort, emotional resilience, and number of bug reports filed
Known Issues
Players still stuck one renown behind may continue to suffer in silence.
This is a known feeling, but not a known issue.
The support site will remain completely unaware of the bug, because if it’s not listed, it must not be happening.
Submitting bug reports may cause your soul to fragment into alternate timelines where your renown works perfectly.
Unfortunately, those timelines are not accessible from this realm.
