Hi, isn’t possible to make text language different than dialogue language ? I’ve tried it multiples times and it doesn’t work.
U can look closer on the screen with ur head?
Unless I misunderstand your question, you can speak other languages but only for /say and /yell. If you mouseover your text subwindow you should see an icon with a dialog bubble.
However orcs can only speak Orcish and humans only Common, so if you’re playing one of these two races you’re out of luck.
Oh well, I’m talking about the language of the game, like using the English text but German npc voices
OOooOOooh!
I think nowadays you can do that from the Battle. net window, under “Options”. (I’ve done it maybe a couple of times only). It will install a lot of audio files though. What I’m not sure is if you can keep the English text with the audio in another language.
By the way it’s hilarious it doesn’t even let me include the name “Battle. net” in my post without inserting a space!
edit: I must correct myself. It’s at the login screen of the game, settings->Languages. If you’re logged automatically you can just go back one step with Escape.
Already did it, but it switch the voices language automatically
