have been searching for a solution for this for quite a while now… anyone know a fix for this? yes i’ve ran the scan and repair. yes i’ve reinstalled everything but nothing seems to work. i’ve been reading this is a common problem, but neither solution works.

That sounds like something within Battle.net has gone kaput. Did you try to clear the hidden “Blizzard Entertainment” folder? That’s not a folder within the Battle net folder, but a cache within the normally hidden Windows folder “ProgrammData”. Here’s a step by step instruction:

I got this, I actually found out for me it was my graphics card software trying to optimise the game.
