yeah, that sounds similar to my friend’s issues. trying to pay for things with bank transfers rather than a card and sometimes having trouble with it.
as a fellow belgian I can confirm that banks are a mess, and so are maestro cards
none is tbh. they all pay a sub one way or another and can play the game however they want to. one activity doesnt make a player more valuable than another player.
fun is subjective and thats what its all about.
Oh, I understood your “nonsensical point”. But apparently, YOU need a reminder about what you said. So,
What correspond to playing the game according to you, I wonder? Oh right…
Hence, my respond:
Should I break it down more for you?
So lets say if everyone stopped raiding and only you were left raiding… the game would be dead. Think again… its an mmo… why do you think tanks are so valuable because they are rare
I’m not. I am Twiluna!
Edit woops forgot I’m actually Puny
The darkness does my hair no justice!
I hope it’s pink!
Err…yes…ofcourse!
What colour did you pick?
Again, flawed logic. Assuming everyone quits raiding and are still playing the game, then they must be doing other stuff in-game. And Blizzard’s focus will be directed into making content for whatever activity/activities those people are spending most of their time doing in-game instead of making raiding content. The game won’t die because one person wants to raid but no one else wants to.
Yeah… think im done talking to a brick wall now
This appeared on my news feed, it’s pure speculation but could be why they removed the 30 day option:-
The grey brownish with green strikes in it!
It might be, if they only removed the 30 day but they also removed the 180 day etc as well. It could be part of the reason but I doubt the whole reason.
I am more inclined to think it was for financial reasons to benefit Blizzard.
Probably, I have a feeling that a decent chunk of bots tend to use tokens from gold farmed more than anything to make more profit since most ‘botters’ are running chars on retail + classic at the same time and I wonder the rates of which they get banned between the two. I suspect with classic only having one ‘shard/phase’ per server and less zones to hide in they get hit more there than retail.
I think either Shu or Pop mentioned this when this topic first reared it’s head on the forums (actually second because the furore over the removal of the UK from being able to buy 30 day game time had died down). That this might be a counter to the botting problem.
Seems a bit drastic to my mind and a bit harsh on our benelux friends but it makes some sense.
Agreed, it wont fix botting in any way, they’re already using hacked accounts (aka throwaway accounts) and they pay for their sub with gold
