Why are there no more cool rare achievements?

Hello, I am kinda pissed that we dont have achievements like Commander of Argus, i have fond memories of that, it was a grind towards awesome rewards, every rare was important, it was not timegated, there was community involvement calling out for rares helping others, not tagging like bots cuz some were very rare etc. Also most rares since then lets say they add 3 maps during an expansion, 90% of rares have same useless drops maybe 2-3 have a mount or something, it just makes the whole rare a…
