Half of modern WoW lore is a retcon. There were no gay NPCs and there were nearly no relationships between NPCs whatsoever (very few exceptions). Adding a couple of gay NPCs is not a big deal and definitely not worth this 2115 reply thread of complaints. It doesnât hurt anyone and it makes some people happy. Thereâs no problem with that.

Representation is fine and you shouldnât really care as long as they donât make 50% of WoW characters LGBTWhatever +. If itâs a representation that reflects society then Iâm OK with it. Itâs when it starts to become over-representation that it gets lost on me.
Like you said. Who cares what a bunch of pixels supposedly do in a bedroom they never enter, as long as it doesnât get thrusted in the players face every 15 minutes let them be.
