SO on completing a 15, what ilvl loot will we be getting next reset? 226? or anything changed?
It stays 226. The only thing changing this coming reset is that your key will be 3 levels lower than it would be otherwise. So if you timed a +15, you’d get a 12. If you completed an untimed 15, you’ll get a 11.
Still the same, you’ll only get upgraded gear when you clear the new/updated content.
assuming i kill 4 CN bosses on hc with this char i get 213 item in GV on reset
and same with a 200 ilvl piece for full normal clear on my lock?
id kill more hc bosses but 4 is enough to be done with the place
You should do a +14 , HC is a waste of time
Finishing a +19 will give you a +15 to start with in the new season, which immediately grants you the highest ilvl reward in the 1st weekly vault 
and why would i join a +14 now ?
im waiting for s2 so i can run keys from +2 to a +8 with the guild
To get a 226 item in the vault, and a 11 key to start S2 with.
If you can time a 18/19 now, you’ll be able to at least finish a 14/15 next reset, and then you’ll have a 252 ilevel item in the vault. That’s quite a big upgrade from our current 226/233 stuff., and will come in very handy when you open the vault on mythic raid week.
I’d rather start S2 with a higher key and fail once or twice, than have to work it up from a +8 or so. In fact, the current plan is to go into a +10 or two, figure out how it feels, then blast some +15s. Looking forward to lots of fun!

well actually if its any lvl key i do it with the guild(2 or 3 man) its more fun

Yes, your great vault will be the same as the last 7 months.

Yes, and if you do a +15 the same week you do Sanctum, the vault the week after will give you an option of 252 gear, which you cannot obtain prior to that, as mythic raid isn’t open.
So having a high key going into the week will give you an opportunity to score gear you otherwise wouldn’t be able to. The raid will not reward you such level of gear the reset after.
Heck, completing a +12 next week (thus a +15/16 this week, depending on timing) will offer a heroic raid level item. More choice is good.
I have 10/10 heroic CN cleared on my shaman, and 10 +14s. My highest key on the shaman is an untimed +16, so as of this writing, I’m looking to have a +13 key. I plan to up that to a +15 tonight.
On my druid, I have better gear than what heroic raid can provide, so didn’t bother with it. Don’t really need anything from the vault either, apart from a high key, so I only have 4 keys done, but they’re +18/+19 keys, so I’ll have a nice +15 key next week.

well i have 4 heroic CN bosses on this 10/10 normal with alt( for the renown)
I have done 4 dungeons on this char, and on my vampire paladin also some. But i play for M+ so i have at least finished/timed a +18 or higher so i get a +15 key next week. Most of the week i have grinded korthia-stuff.
You get 3 levels lower key than you would get usually. So when you time a +12 you get a +9 key next week. When you don’t you get a +8.
