Blizzard seem to have switched them on for Europe now too. Although I’ve only seen one and a guard had virtually killed it by the time I stabbed it in the bum.
The quests start tomorrow, but the trickle of undead has begun. Braaaaiiiinnnnssssssss…
That makes no sense though. We always get content on Wednesdays.

Apparently its because expansion launches in NA on Monday so they want 2 full weeks.
It launches Monday here too for me (UK) but apparently we’re going with Tuesday.
As long as we have druids we’ll be fine, plants counter zombies after all.

EDIT: Can 100% confirm, just killed my third ghoul and it dropped a quest item!

Same on Defias-Brotherhood Horde in Org killed 2 ghouls and got a quest item
I would expect us to get it a day early as well to match the US.
Not seeing a single Ghoul anywhere on Twisting Nether. Weird that some of you are seeing them and getting the quest.
The regular ghouls have been up for the last week, we just don’t see them much. I killed one in SW while levelling at the weekend. Gave me a hand in quest for gold. I couldn’t do it until I’d capped.
