At least when mists of pandaria classic comes around, none of us will be fooled by the 2200 requirement, remember we need to get duelist regardless of the requirement. Haha

Perhaps now we’re seeing consideration of player feedback - that the longest-standing topic in the pvp forum can be addressed.

Allow those of us who can prove eligibilty to have access to the Glorious Tyranny Illusion.

Just make possible if an account got whichever MoP season enchant called “Blood Dancing Steel” purchasable. What’s the point to have that elite weapon with MoP Illusion, at the time requires 2200 rating not usable. Is really weird, need a vendor

Bumping, blizzard please give us our bloody dancing steel, I still have weapons in my bag with the enchant/illusion but I can’t transmog it.

The illusions these days are 2.1 whereas this required 2.2 back in mop… and for anyone saying “waaa you needed 2.4 in wod though” It doesn’t matter, requirements change and they were 2.2 in mop first, NOT duelist which it has now been changed to. Just because they created a new requirement in wod for the same illusion doesn’t mean you deserve it more.

u are wrong buddy. The enchant was 2.2k in MOP but the illusion which was a cosmetic was 2400 3vs3 rating in WOD

there is a difference between a enchant and a illusion. U got just the enchant not the illusion.

so it does matter and you dont deserve it.

Hey friend, with that logic, why is fiery weapon now an illusion? “its just the enchant not the illusion” no they turned all enchants into illusions because the illusions didn’t exist before it… Its literally the same as if you earned a tabard back in season 10 and now you can’t transmog it.

There’s no need to be toxic and elitist about it, no one has suggested giving it to everyone, the whole post is about people who earned the enchant when it was live and giving them the opportunity to use it because it was the first instance where blizzard made something new and were trialling it.

It was a weapon enchant turned into an illusion and reused. If you think it wasn’t reused, it is even shown when you look at the weapons with the bloody dancing steel enchant on the in game wardrobe, the wardrobe shows it as glorious tyranny.
This has even been essentially agreed by blizz who have now made it available for duelist from MoP… I’m saying bring it in line with what it actually a reward for, which was 2.2k not Duelist. Duelist in MoP season 15 was 2334, which is not 2.4, nor is it in line with the 2.2 that was required to earn the illusion in the first place.

Because I earned it when it was current content, and it’s the only enchant in game thats ever been earned that is no longer available to those who earned it, and its only fair that we should be able to use it

u need 2.4 in Wod, duelist was between 2k+ and 2.1+

so did u farmed the enchant in rbg/5v5 arena?

The Illusion/Enchant back in MOP was 2200.
Half the people who didn’t get it are the ones who “scummed” it on 70 twinks and not on their 90’s at the time.

  • During Warlords of Draenor, I did NOT earn 2400 rating, and therefore I did NOT earn the “Primal Victory” illusion when it was current content.
  • During Legion, Blizzard decided that WoD duelists would be able to purchase “Primal victory”, so now I have it despite not earning the required rating to purchase it back then.
  • During Legion season 2, I managed to earn 2400 rating in 3v3. There was a single PvP illusion in Legion, “Demonic Tyranny”, but Blizzard were so lazy that they did not add it in the game until season 3. So, despite having earned 2400 rating during Legion, I do not own the “Demonic Tyranny” illusion.

TL;DR: Blizzard gave me an enchant I didn’t earn, and denied me an enchant I did earn.
