I understand what you say, but do you understand what i say? All i said is that i dont agree on, that those who earned the MoP enchant, should have it as an illusion.
Those who got 2.4K in WoD, have the illusion unlocked, if they bought it. You can also buy [Enchanter’s Illusion - Primal Victory] at the vendor (i just checked), no idea where the red one is, that they could add it i guess, now when the blue enchant is there.
On the other hand, if you earned the illusion, and you had it on in WoD, players should have it. Those who got 2.2 in MoP, i really dont think they should have the enchant, because of the other requirements from WoD (2,4k)
In fairness, you asked what the problem is 
There are two objective things here, aside from 200 rating between seasons not always representitive of a greater acheivement.
Firstly, blizzard were extremely short-sighted by implementing the same “Glorious Tyranny” weapon effect for MoP and WoD after the implementation of the wardrobe. It’s like not being able to wear elite gear or your nice tabard after a season ends.
Seondly, blizzard then (in very good spirit) put their hands up and acknowledged the mistake. They did what they could, albeit not perfect, to grant Duelist and HoTH/HoTA players the illusion. This left a lot of people out in the following situations:
- Did not sit rating (play with friends etc.)
- Acheived 2.2k in RBG but did not qualify for the Hero cut-off
- Acheived 2.2k in 5v5 but did not qualify for the duelist (2.3k+) cut-off
It did however give it to people who had ~ 2k rating in 3v3 where the duelist cut-off was below the requirement to obtain the enchant.
All we are asking for here, is for blizzard to enable the illusion use for people with the enchant in bags, or who obtained a dated purchase-enabling acheivement within the relevant period of time.

Its over guys get the new enchant and be happy with her.

especially when you have gear in your bags with it on. Hell, I even have the enchant scrolls too… If you have to equip low ilvl items to get a particular look it kinda contradicts the whole transmog system.
I am hopeful still, having had 0 official response in this thread for over 2 and a half years, and several others in different regions 
In any other industry this would be beyond shameful.
Blizzard has shown some promise with shadowlands and I hope it is a sign that they are seeing profits and listening to players in the community can go hand in hand.

Blizzard - An idea for a resolution: Grant the loyal players who have been asking 5+ years basic and intended use of the transmog system on the enchant/illusion they earned!

WoD only gives you Primal victory, not Glorious tyranny, does it?
It gives both.
The MoP vendor says I required Duelist in MoP S14-S15. I only have the WOD one.
Ah, you used to be able to buy it from the boss vendors in ashran if you were 2400 during WOD.
