Do I repeat? You quoted my post saying mounts were removed; and another person saying that mounts were not removed after Naxx and told me to think again. How much of a boomer are you to not even Google it before you commented. The cringe from you old timers in this thread is out of control.

You don’t have to get the achievements, mate. Some of us do, and certain achievements/rewards should be gated to specific phases.

Couldn’t get the Achiev because of my guild.
So if they remove the mounts, i have to leave my guild to being sure to get all HF and mounts ? It is the “Classic pillars” that Blizzard wants ?
Depending of others players is really a bad design on a hard known game.
The HF should be personal and maybe a bit “harder” like undying on 2 ID and not only one.
Better this than depending of noobs.

What did your guild do?
I play in a guild that aims for fast kills and high individual parses. This strategy employs risky tactics, 1 healer, tanks who have 20k HP, all melee dps sprinting at the bosses at mach speed. But that is messing up our achievement runs, we haven’t even tried Immortal yet and I have just got Glory of the Raider 10 man. I have more chances to do it on an alt. What is your story?

Do you expect to be taken serious OP? You just spam “boomer” and “kid” whenever someone disagrees with you, and the achievements were available for everyone until Cata @retail - which is a provable claim(check wowpedia). It’s blatantly obvious that you are proud of these achievements, and wish other’s to bask in your glory. Why not embrace it?

Or you simply understand and grasp the community forums are a place designed for players to engage and provide feedback and discuss the game.

My opinion can not be wrong. I think it should work like this for the reasons posted. I have yet to be convinced otherwise. If someone provided some real input why they believe their opinion is better, then by all means post it - but you certainly aren’t doing that because you’re likely the other guy on a different character.
This isn’t a math test or factual assessment. It’s my opinion. The only fact is here you’re a grown man/woman and genuinely believe that someone’s opinion here can be wrong, which is hilarious and you’re unhinged.
Another boomer here posting absolutely nothing of real value other than passive aggressively trying to demean my topic with no real input other than attempted belittling. Your opinion is:
- Glory of the Raider / Immortal should timeout with the patch because this is not how it was and not how it should be.
- It’s an achievement for the current phase. They do not have relevance if you can attain them with full ICC HC gear, so they should be stripped of rewards at that point.
People opposed are saying:
- In retail these achievements were available throughout WotLK, so one of your points is factually incorrect. (And you are basing a lot of your preceding arguments upon this, diminishing your integrity.)
- A timeout would make sense if it actually had value, or was meant to be hard. These achievements hold no value, and weren’t meant to be exclusive (hence, people saying no one cares), so why not let the entire playerbase enjoy the titles and mounts, regardless of when they are playing?
I understand you want a Cutting Edge / top100 raidboss slayer system like retail uses, but I am sure most people play classic to avoid these competitive systems as a former poster said: most classic players are older. Also, your argument would be a lot clearer if you just stated this.
I agree it’s just an opinionated issue, but when you are openly advocating for “elitist” implementations which were never there, it’s quite common to receive backlash in a WoW forum. You aren’t making it easier to hold back laughing when you start accusing me of being other people, when I posted early in the discussion.

Only someone without an open mind won’t hear the thoughts of others and value their opinion and reflect upon their provided logic. That’s how functioning adults work. If you hold an opinion and someone else provides their insight, it can change your own. I cannot believe I am here describing such basic human interaction with people who have went their whole lives believing the earth is flat. You’re a special man that’s for sure, Zeroce.

The people opposed are not saying much of anything, they’re just continuing to flame the thread with nonsense, which is fine because they’re bumping it, so why not let them. Boomers enjoy mindlessly flaming things while providing no real input, that’s normal for them.
Lastly, I don’t want cutting edge systems. I want it to remain how it was because I am opposed to them changing it. I don’t see the benefit of it and only see advantages of it remaining the same.
Also, I very much can believe you’re the other person. You type similar, too. Nevertheless, I am not advocating for “elitist”. Wotlk was never for elitist players. I’m advocating for it staying the same and not becoming a joke of an easy game (ilvl buffs etc to make content easier).
