I am missing the shadowforge key on my hunter. I did the quest along time ago and it’s not available in item restore. I have contacted a game master many times but none will help me. Is this even possible? It seems like a simple thing to do and It’s making me feel sad they cant/wont help.

Blizzard have just become too lazy and greedy and rely on their stupid website now that doesn’t track half the items you get rid of and only has a limited time.
Before this dumbass website was a thing and Blizzard had actual humans working for them they would check if you had indeed completed the quest, and give you back the key regardless of the timeframe.
You’re out of luck now though, OP.
It’s very possible and should only take like 2 minutes max, but GL getting blizzard to do some effort kekw.

Blizzard changed their systems so that data on deleted items was removed after about 3 months.
I don’t play retail at all now.
How frustrating, sorry to hear that, Kalidor. I hope you manage to track down an actual ‘live’ Game Master, who might spend a few seconds on this. It´s a quest item after all - it shouldn´t fall into the category of “insert random green BoE item, that accidentially got sold to a vendor here”. Best of luck

It doesn’t matter if it’s still in their database or not.
They can check if you have completed the quest and it would take a normal human being 30 seconds to check and another 30 seconds to magically add a new key in their mailbox.
The point is blizztard no longer cares about the PAYING customers and they’ve become extremely lazy.
Having no customer support would be better than their spit in the face support they have now with 3 indian callcenter gm’s and 20 bots auto answering tickets without solving anything except wasting our time.
Disgraceful company, I spit on them.

Just keep making tickets until you get a GM who isn’t an incompetent ape and then they can actually check the quest has been completed and add the item back.
