So I was checking the trade chat and /4 chat (aka lfg chat). Most of the groups were looking for tanks not a dagger boy so I decided to do something I haven’t done in years.
I opened the WHO tab and searched for 30-32 warriors and started whispering them one by one.
" hey I wanna do full gnomeregan run and need a tank are you up for it ?"
Some people were afk (or simply didn’t want to reply) others were not interested or doing something else but finally one guy was like :
“I don’t think i could tank i got no tanking gear just a shield”
So ofc I convinced him and a minuted later we had a complete group from trade chat and /4 since tanks are basically the most important part.
So We went into the most annoying dungeon in wow and did all of the quests for 2 hours. We wiped 2-3 times but we kept pushing and most importantly it was actually fun.
Even a gnomeregan run is fun in classic although the rewards did really help. I got a +18 agility pants from the quest rewards.
