Got 1800+ in Blitz, and can suddenly transmog all High Warlord weapons on alts, but not the armor sets

Is this how it’s supposed to work? Don’t get me wrong - I can buy/transmog everything just fine on my main where I got the high enough rating, but my alts seem to have been granted access to the weapons for ‘free’. (None of them ever got 1800+)

Is this a bug or a feature, and if so, which way is it supposed to work? Haha
