So as the title says,this kind of folder appears on its own sometimes and I have to delete it,as far as I know its not part of the game.What could cause it ?
Curosry Googling looks like it’s something Adobe Photoshop does, not related to WoW but ended up in there.

I have Photoshop installed but im not using it often. That folder keeps showing up for some reason. (i delete it often)

I have no Adobe products installed on my pc and have on occasion had this folder created in my wow folder, specifically when clicking on news links on bnet or links on the shop
