I have no real opinion of this event as of yet, but…
… spontaneously, it really feels like the modern version of the WLK-prepatch event. If I recall, during the prepatch in TBC players first got sick (and this sickness could be dispelled) and then after a while they’d turn into a zombie? Or did they turn into a zombie upon death? As someone who was playing on a pvp server it was the first time I could chat cross-faction, which was pretty much the best thing about the event. I was alliance back then and I remember running around in Orgrimmar, looking for familiar faces.
But this event… I’ve been subject to Zombie-explosions, but I’ve never really cared to get involve so I just blow myself up when it happens. But it feels like… it’s too quick? And it doesn’t surprise me. We live in the era of instant gratification, and if someone wants to become a zombie why should they have to wait. Let it just be one big explosion-fest, it’s gonna be whacky!
… it seems I do have an opinion of this event after all. But I haven’t even tried to get involved so it’s not a very solid opinion. It’s basically this: it doesn’t look fun.
This is still going ? SL is next week , take some time and have some fun with the event , it wont harm you
Can I offer a counter? For those of us who dont like the event, just boycott it. Dont log in this week. It serves 2 purposes. Its tells blizzard that they shouldnt repeat this event a third time, and it starves the griefers of their prey, making them as miserable as their victims. Oh, and you can actualy go do something fun while it happens.
And you dont have to lisn’t to “Dramaqueen” Noremorze all day. In fact, you can just ignore the things he spam in all the threads
I’m having fun in game at the same time causing havoc with an entire raid group , just deal with it and move on or stop playing until next week , it’s not going away
