Seeing as the original post hasn’t been updated since 2020, I thought I would take it on myself to find all the lore I could for the DF metals. I didn’t do the Slands ones because I don’t want to, and I think the world will be a better place for it.
Serevite
Serevite is the most common ore found across the Dragon Isles. Though it is often found in mountainous regions, it is also revealed around flowing bodies of water.

The Iskaara Tuskarr use Serevite for the heads of their harpoons, presumably for its commonness.
Draconium
Draconium Deposits are a rare find upon the Dragon Isles, but they are more often spotted in rugged or hard to reach locations.

https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Draconium_Net_Weights
The Iskaara Tuskarr use Draconium as weights for their fishing nets. Seems a strange choice, considering its apparent rarity - it could be assumed that Draconium is dense to make it make sense, but I haven’t found any actual confirmation of this.
“Crystalized Draconium, formed under great pressure.”

Draconium crystallises under “great pressure.”
Khaz’gorite
The days of Khaz’gorite emerging on the surface of the Dragon Isles have long since passed. Miners seeking this rare ore can only depend on trace amounts being uncovered when mining other metals.

Seems Khaz’gorite used to appear on the surface, but this is no longer the case, and it can now only be found in very small amounts.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything for the alloys. We truly are in the best lore era.
