Guild Bank items gone

So I’ve been looking at that support article that’s also gone missing … ironically!!

Weirdly, there are still links to that page in several areas. If you go to the support pages and search for guild vault missing items, it provides the link to the empty page.

It is also mentioned on the TWW Common Issues article:

Although the link again only goes to the empty page.

Either they’re trying to clear reference to it and forgot to remove the links to it, or the support page (on both EU and US) got accidentally wiped. Perhaps they’ll find that in the same place as our guild vault contents …

I’m one of the many who have had their guild vaults wiped and am waiting for a solution. There was a support article up … and the page is still there, but it seems to be empty. It is linked from the main article relating to Common Issues with the link under the “Items” heading, with the link itself entitled “Items Missing From Guild Bank”. This same link is used when you search support for this issue … the issue turns up as a result, but when you click on the link, the page errors. Could som…
