Is there a site online where we can browse Guilds / server and see what are the Guild’s Rules, Goals, etc?
So everyone can pick and choose a Guild they like.
No, there isn’t really. Best bet would be checking your realm forum.
Or realm discord.
Gehennas discord is probably your best bet, since the realms forum isn’t really being used for anything.
The discord has guild recruitment channels for both factions, and guilds generally give a brief history of the guild and their goals.
If you are into PvE, you might want to check classic.warcraftlogs.com and select what parameters and filters you want. Typically on a high populated server anything below top 100 is good on for instance speed. Since a lot of guilds felt that the content was easier than expected they did split their runs into X amount of groups to divide loot etc so trying to apply for the guild on your realm with fastest kill might be as enjoyable as being in a guild that is top 100.
Note that this will only give you guild names and no actual information such as loot distribution, what mindset they are looking for etc.
