Guild rankings modification

Hello there guys,

I have been running into this issue as a game master of a guild for a long time now, and I’ve wondered if there is any known solution for it.

I’ve been desperately trying to modify guild ranks with no prevail. Once you create a rank, you cannot move it up the rank list and already created ranks, cannot be moved down the list. For example if you want to create rank named “Raider” it will always stay below the rank named “initiate” , so every new member joining the guild will get the rank “Raider” .

So far I’ve tried to : Remove addons, play around with “cashe” folders ect . , click everything possible in “Guild Control” Menu, but I just cannot find anything that would fix my issue.

Any ideas, fellas?

It’s really limited how I see it.
The best thing is to do it right from the start
As far I know, you need to start at the bottom, make sure no ppl have that rank, before you can even change anything…
Maybe i’m wrong in here, so if ppl got any tips, shoot

anyone who has ever made a guild before learns from this and never repeats the mistake. if u make a guild u create all the possible ranks from day 1. otherwise u probably have to write an addon for this

You literally need to rename all ranks and move people up and down manually.

I think this is how it was in vanilla too.
I just made sure to make more ranks than needed so I had spares if I wanted to make a new one.
