So yeah as the title says, im wearing 2x gut ripper and ive not once seen its effect proc in my time carrying these things, is this bugged or does it have just an absurd extreme low chance of happening ? i also checked my damage logs but nothing to see

Yeah, I have this problem too. Bought Gut Ripper on the AH. Tried auto-attacking for ages with a white dagger in my off-hand. Never did anything. Black Menace appears to proc really frequently. But not seen this do it once.
