Out of curiosity - is the Legion’s existance known to the general public or is it more of a members’ only thing? E.g. could someone say “Oh that guy? Yeah he’s one of those Stygian Legion fellas, I think. At least he’s part of the 13th so he must be right?” without metagaming?
