Naga, Elementals, Sea Giants, Kodo’s, Elves… all been happening in Desolace.
Mixed in with tauren traditions and the spirits, it’s been an exciting week!

Just joined this guild and even had an IC event ceremony for the new recruits which felt very immersive in a tauren themed culture. The RP is flexible and fun, already having a blast!

Well, we’ve left Desolace and arrived in Sun Rock Retreat in Stonetalon.
A black eyed elf, scorpions, fire elementals and drakes
(And long walks with Neikku being some kind of super brave!).

For those wondering what the tribe has been up to, there’s our website where it outlines what events we’ve done, but an even quicker summary of the chain of events on our current story arc is found below.
Spiritwood Story Arc (so far!)
Chain of events so far:
Nagging Naga - Part 1: A Sea Giant attacks the canyon, close to the kodo graveyard. We go to stop it.
Nagging Naga Part - 2: Our stopping of the Sea Giant has angered those that sent it, the Naga. Ghost Walker post braves ask us to stop the naga attacking their post, we do this and find a sea stone used by a naga witch.
Erratic Elementals - Part 1: Troll traders from Shadowprey Village visiting Ghost Walker Post, inform us they have observed two other Naga Sea witches holding sky blue stones as they seemingly command the water elementals along the coast. We go to investigate and 2 further sea stones are collected from a K’thir and Naga witch. They need to be purified and the water elemental trapped inside to be released.
Sea Stone - Event: Taiirah cleanses the stones and releases the elemental. We are informed even though we have released the water elemental, this will not stop the warring elements, as they are not in balance, earth, air and water are present, but not fire. The restored water elemental talks of the element of fire, to be found within Stonetalon Mountains crying out in joy, they ignore the request for assistance from the warring elements in Desolace. The ancient vortex runestone needs to be empowered by all 5 elements in Desolace to bring back balance.
Erratic Elementals - Part 2: The Shu’halo travel to Stonetalon and as they journey to Sun Rock retreat they are attacked by a Black Moon Army druid, a drake and watch as the element of fire consumes everything within the charred vale and it seems the domain of fire is spreading. Battling off their foes, they finally arrive in Sun Rock retreat, where the Tribe contemplate their next step.

Erratic Elementals - Part 3
The Elder Crone aided the Tribe as the next steps to take was unknown to us.
The aid from the Tribes notable ancestors was requested and they obliged.
We fought lost Highborne souls, giant spiders and collected a sceptre that controls fire on the guidance of the honoured spirits of the Tribe.
Next… we go to confront the Black Moon Army Druid (druids?) who have been causing trouble in Stonetalon Mountains who knew not, the troubles their actions caused in Desolace.

Welcome to our new members, it’s amazing to see so many people wanting to give Tauren rp a chance and so far, (I hope), have enjoyed it!
Sunday marks the end of our current chapter in the guilds story arc, ‘Erratic Elementals’, and also marks our final adventure in Stonetalon for the time being.

Erratic Elementals part 4
Completed…and that ends this chapter in our story.
A drake, a fire elemental lord and an Army of the Black Moon Druid (who escaped, but we’ll try catch him again).
We’re travelling south to Desolace for a week before we move to Orgrimmar for a while, to see if we can find transport to our next destination.
We’re actively recruiting Tauren rp’ers and / or seeking out Tauren to rp with, so feel free to approach!

Thank you to the Tribes members who could make last nights event!
We took on briefly some Centaur and then got stopped in our tracks, finding out some dodgy Goblins had got their hands on the elemental stones and by accounts taken them to Orgrimmar (meaning we’re intending to go and get them back!).
We’ll be moving to Org for a while from Monday onward in the hope of meeting many others and building lasting friendships.
Until then though, we’ve got a massive Centaur problem we’ve stumbled across to deal with over the next 2 days.

And we’re done in Desolace, we’ve killed a Centaur leader, been looked upon as sport in a colosseum (ish), crazy Thunder Lizards spitting lightning , collapsing cliffs and magic (a dirty word to Tauren) flying everywhere.
Massive thank you to Plains and Mountains, Blazing Phoenix and the Tribe, as well as everyone in the Curators of Kalimdor initiative for a lovely weekend.

EDIT: We’re in Orgrimmar from tomorrow, in the Valley of wisdom but moving all over the city. Feel free to approach but also we’re likely to say hi to randoms too. Looking forward to meeting plenty more people!
