As we’re now four weeks away from the start, it’s time for an update from us on where we’re at. First and foremost, we’re still taking sign ups for any event, but be aware that duelling and traditional joust are on a waiting list until we confidently have the staff and interest for an expansion to 32 players.
For this, we’d need to know we have At least that many people interested so if anyone is on the fence because they aren’t sure we’ll expand, we only will If people show us we should.
We’re also as always accepting traders and talks, with the first to announce that we’ll be hosting a session of the amazing long-running Poetry Appreciation Society at the event this year’s event [!CANCELLED!] Stormwind & Dalaran Poetry Appreciation Society (#144) - Fri 9/6 📜

We are just under two weeks from the event now! Remember you can still sign up to any event. We’re close to 32 interested people in the Duels, at which point we’ll evaluate the bracket expansion and everyone on the wait list will be given an entry slot automatically! The wait list will then be a normal wait list for additional spaces as they come free. The same will apply if we get more Traditional Jousters!
Other events still all have space! We’re looking forward to seeing you there!

Hey, as our rules say we won’t accept the additional signups:
As per our FAQ, please only sign up to events as an individual. Signing up on behalf of a friend, group or guild will not be accepted.
I’m gonna have to ask your members post separately in interests of fair access as a guild could otherwise sign up it’s entire membership and take over an event. Sorry!
