Hacker tried to hack my friends account agin for the 11 time

when a hacker sent this to blizzard. Hello Game master, I need help, my BattleTag is ----------, WOW account name is XXXXXX, but I forgot the Battle.net email address, so please help me to check and update it to my new email address DELETED FOR SECURITY - GM . and delete the old authenticator and old devices in all accounts. Because it stopped working, I can attach a new one. thank you very much. and they did exactly what the hacker wanted they just gave away my friends account just like that but they failled my friend changed e mail and stuff. this all happend while my friend where gona do new shadowlands raid today.

You are on the forums so go speak to account management, top right …& delete your email address off the forums !!!

friend alredy did that they tryed locking the e mail so it dosent work to change but blizzard dont care bout that so they just remove it any ways. idk how those stuff work .

Sorry but you are talking rubbish, they always ask for a picture of an official ID. Sounds like “your friend” sold his account then got it back.
