It’s you’re not your. There are many ways to stop this. Your “friend” should contact Blizzard to find some way to stop it.

So they didn’t just do what a hacker said/asked did they? They got scammed by a fake ID that the hacker used to gain control of the account because they had details of the accounts to make them look like the legit account holder.
Could also be a fictional story because how would your friend know what the hacker said to blizzard?
how does your friend know (apparently) word for word what the hacker said? years ago i got hacked but I did not receive anything from blizzard in regards to what they had received from the hacker.

How does the “hacker” know his account name? They probably verify using some kind of thing (payment method or whatever). Sounds fishy, as in: fake.
Why have I seen this story multiple times before?.. Oh right, usually it is a sold account that the original owner wants back and thus has all the info & the ID to get support to do as they ask. Who would bother getting a fake ID to take over a WoW account

that was some other hacker frow another time that is the past now it was a new hacker a complete difrent one :I srsly.

every one thinks its fake for they are blinded of lies and and their ignorant. now that is sowthing to think about. and brobably for they never ben hacked so they dont know.

havent decived a single time so how can i decive twice if i havent done it one time before and im not deciving. 
There is no point of making thread here - forum people won’t restore your account. You don’t need to prove anything to anyone here.
Ask help in support - explain what happened and they will help you if your genuine.

If ‘your friend’ keeps getting hacked, then ‘your friend’ isn’t learning from his mistakes…which suggests ‘your friend’ isn’t the brightest crayon in the box.
Probably best if ‘your friend’ stops doing, whatever it is that keeps getting ‘your friend’ hacked…just saying.
Why would anyone bother with getting their hands on a fake ID of a set individual just to hack that persons video game account?
Seems like alot of time and resources to waste for a very small gain(unless account got world firsts and very unique items,which again is easily to track if account is stolen and sold?)
His data security is lousy, simply as that.
By the way, ask ‘your friend’ if they can still see the details in a ‘hidden’ post.
