Hahaha, Combat Bug in visions

What is this sick joke? I can’t use my Sanity Restoration orb because I’m in combat. There is literally no mob aggroing me anywhere and I don’t have any threat yet I’m still in combat? F off Blizzard, I want my Vessel back

Why do I need to be out of combat to yse the sanity orb anyway?!

shouldn’t have picked an elf
no but seriously I never had this problem, it may be these tentacle mobs that go into the floor and then after a time resurface, i don’t know what happens when you leave the zone when they’re still in the floor, but i don’t think it will be something good

The game is frustrating in many ways, one reason why i quit it, waste of time

its even the case that some mobs reset, like that annoying toy gnome that runs around causing you trouble for not reacting to the stupid train you put there, he will reset after you just run away for a while

The only time I got a combat bug was in group and the sub 50% sanity mask made the mob spawn at the bottom of the mage tower and we could not use the sanity orb because we were already inside.

You probably left one of those crawlers way far behind.

They have a long cast that enrages them and when they cast it they stand still and ontop of that they are very very slow, so if you move in a quick pace they can take ages to reach you.

If that happens, just go outside they’ll be waiting for you.

Yeah but it was not mine, the guy it spawned for probably did not see it.

The fragmented horror can be seen by everyone so don’t worry about it you can go out and kill it for them

Yeah we killed it.

I meant that it probably popped from the guy that was late in the boss room so no one else saw it pop up and that guys said nothing.

U forgot something ==) that’s why play hunter rogue warlock or night elf

Did you play it with the monk named “Animeweeb” or did you do it with the rogue named “Rawruwu”?
With the rogue, you could’ve escaped but with the monk, it can happen because you don’t have some sort of vanish ability.

I’ve the same problem. The combat bug doesn’t only happen in visions but also in the open world and instances or pvp. I’ve given up with visions on my priest who I play as discipline. My damage as either discipline or shadow (no good traits or stats for shadow) is too low to complete the lost zone without using an orb.

In instances I often do not get out of combat in between pulls. That is really fun when I’m low on mana just before a difficult pull…

On my tank it happens regularly that I can’t enter a portal. As dps it is annoying but you can catch up, as a tank it has caused several group wipes. It is not fun to see my team mates die in another realm, while nothing happens when I click the pillar because of the combat bug.

Sometimes I’ve to use my hearthstone to get out of combat in the open world. One of the assaults in Uldum has an end boss on a floating platform. There is no way to get there when I’m in combat.
One time I ran as a test all the way back through Tanaris into Thousand Needles before I finally dropped out of combat…

It’s not a bug, you forgot some mob behind. Try to not rush and kill everything before running away.

Not necesarrily a bug
Those tentacles and crawlers or worse and more likely, those tumors on the bridge or ground have the nasty habit to keep you in combat

I tried to use a sainty orb once. But then I took an arrow to the knee.

I really wish they would get rid of the entry fee and just limit the loot… let the rest be just for fun.

I’ve done a ton of visions, and have NEVER experienced a combat bug inside… I kill everything I come across, never pulling… you’ve 100% pull something and can almost guarantee it’s a burrowing tentacle or eye stalk.

The tumours keep you in combat? Oh my god Blizzard wtf

I kust fly over that crap with my serpent kick and rolls, might have hit them once or twice. It’s total BS if they do aggro

No. I’ve remained in combat after shadowmelding on my druid, several times.
