Hand of Justice - Angerforge or Emp?

So can you still get HoJ from Angerforge or have they changed his loot table in P3?

back in vanilla Hoj was still dropping from Angerforge even after Aq was released, so i can guess it will be the same for classic and HOJ should be dropping from anger till phase6 then it become Emp drop

P5 (AQ) is changes to emp as far as I’ve seen? Atlas loot said p5 too
