I wonder why people keep saying that such posts have nothing to do with WoW.
A vast part of the community is muslim, so why being a D and flagging a simple congratulation post?
Sounds fishy but Iām willing to give it a try.
Oh I got a literal taste of ingame cooking roleplay in the past on my roleplay server, too. Also have like every ingredient and herb ever released as stack on my bank account, just in case an alt needs to fulfil some cookien quest.
The answer to this is simple. Posts like this display diversity. To which a certain part of the community reacts as allergic as a person with lactose intolerance to milk.
It indeed is not wow related, but some wow players are Muslims and itās not against the rules to make a Happy Ramadan thread. They flag it every year, and it gets restored every year.
If flagging fails, they attempt to derail it.
Hope to see them again next year
oh and the āhappy Womenās dayā thread is even more chaotic than this one. sums up the forums pretty well
Still donāt get it. How the gameās community is not game related?
Itās not that they talk about somethingg personal (like the story of their cat swallowing its own fur and belching on the new white carpet), but they simply congrats a huge part of the people who play the game. Nothing else. I really donāt get it why some people are soā¦ Iām not really sure what to call them. Evil in nature? Sad? Dunno.
Anyway, Iām glad the number of ones who can still enjoy this life is higher.
You got flagged most likely because itās against the rules to talk about religion and attack a member of a community for their religion.
As for this thread, itās simply a āhappy religious event threadā which is perfectly allowed, and if people donāt like it they can easily scroll up. But I guess itās too much work.
Peace

This thread is about religion. Rhamadan is an Islamic tradition.
-
I attacked no one. Criticising an ideology is not attacking anyone.
Itās a happy āreligious eventā thread, which Is allowed. Is English your first language? Because itās not hard to understand.
Happy Easter, Happy Hannikuh, Happy Ramadan, Happy Holi, Happy Christmas threads are all allowed.
Talking and debating about religion is not.
Easy.
If you have any questions and concerns, you can always contact a Mod or the customer service. and Iām sure they will explain further.
Religious eventā¦so about religion then.
Mods donāt follow the rules that are stickied to the front page, which state no posts about topics that are not WoW related, and Ramadan falls under that category.
No religious threads should be allowed. This is not social media. I donāt want to have to scroll through countless unrelated drivel just to find some interesting WoW related posts.
Take it up with customer service.
And yet the threads keep being restored, which clearly shows itās allowed.
Again speak to the Moderators of the forums. Ask them. Donāt ask me lol.
Oh and the āAnizahā clone/troll liking your posts is the icing on the cake I love the forums.
Itās called bias. They allow whatever they like, whether itās against the rules or not.
Can I make football posts for the community within the game that enjoys football? No, because itās not related to the game.
Are you sure English is your first language? Because itās not hard not to contradict yourself within the span of a few hours.
Meaning it is against forum code of conduct.
Itās rather impressive how you managed to contradict yourself in one sentence LOL
English is my second language. Arabic is my first.
And yet even I can see I didnāt contradict myself. I said in both comments that āhappy Ramadanā threads are perfectly allowed.
Christmas isnāt related to wow either, but itās allowed.
Know the difference dear.
Thanks
The irony with you absolutely hilarious keep going pleaseā¦
Yeahā¦ People doā¦ every major tournamentā¦ we even chat about rugby occasionally, which is arguably better than football with a much better behaved fan base
I made a post over the WC and it got taken down in an hour.
Only reason this is still up is because theyāll scream āISLAMOPHOBIA!!!ā The victim card has already been played:
Disciplined for actually breaking the rules? Impossible! You must have a problem with my religion!
Disgusting.
If itās not WoW related, then itās not allowed. Read below.
Whataboutism is not a valid argument. This is not a Christians vs Muslims thread.
Learn what the definition of irony means.
Strange, I remember WC and Euro threads staying up for days perhaps yours was a second or third thread or devolved into arguments or derailed to the point it had to be 404ād/hidden.
The fact is, we have many āoff topicā threads and even over on the US forums they have a dedicated off topic lounge which we were denied because we arenāt well enough behaved for one, however they do allow us a certain amount of off topic discussion provided we are respectful about it hence the ādo not deleteā foodie thread and the āGD loungeā and āmusicā threads.
We are, after all, human beings and it is in our nature to chat and wonder off topic a little, try it and enjoy. You might even make some new wow friends.
Not that āmaskedā orc though he is too edgy and ironic but doesnāt seem to see his own irony which just makes it even more hilarious to watch.
Sighā¦ā¦ My Autistic self has better things to do than repeat myself a 1000 times to people who canāt understand what is and what isnāt allowed.
Again: speak to the Mods! But you donāt want to do that, instead you want to derail this thread.
So my hands are tied. Canāt deal with people like that.
Have a wonderful month and may you prosper in your life and find success. I have no hate towards you, but I have no patience to make you understand forum rules either.
Good day
