this guy reported me to the system a few times, and i’ve been banned from forums 3-5 times since SoD release

If you suspect (targeted) abuse you can appeal any forum penalties here:

However, no player can ban another on these forums and a forum moderator would actually need to agree with the report to ban you on content violations.
This is literally against TOS, if anything THIS is targeted harassment.

Just so you know, you cannot name and shame people on the forums.
Having hidden posts is not the same as being banned.
If you break the rules and get banned for it you only have yourself to blame, these ban are not automatic. I suggest reading the rules to familiarise yourself with them.
