I remember a rare NPC, Gruff Swiftbite near Hogger, not seen on Classic by me. Anyone seen him? Thanks.
Wowhead has no comment since 2007, I saw him during the stress test, I’m sure.

He does still spawn. I killed him at level 10 as I was doing hogger. Dropped a lovely white item for me to vendor.
