Where did they go? New toon on HC classic - older ones have it still.
Spell ranks are hiding away at the top of your spell book.

Thanks for trying, but this was the first I looked for. It is there on all my old toons, only not on the one I made yesterday.
I just made a new warlock on Hardcore and the spellrank box is still there for me.
Are you perhaps playing a warrior? They don’t have a spellrank toggle as there is no reason to downrank on them.
