But I had more world interaction in the first (incredibly laggy hour) than I have had in 5 years of retail. Yeah its slow but you really feel you are building a character whose achievements will last.

Well, that happens when you don’t talk to people in retail WoW for 5 years. It’s a community issue, not a game issue.

If you want to talk about how amazing Classic is then go to the Classic forums, that’s why its there. The only good thing in Classic for me was playing for an hour and then appreciating retail even more.

Looks like we found one of those LFR heroes who don’t talk, have no idea about basic mechanics, and then leave after 1 wipe.

As I said in another thread the ones having fun are blizzard as all of the classic people are paying RETAIL WOW price for a 15 year old game.

Well I mean, it was also Vanilla price so what is the fuss about it ? You can even play 2 games for the same price now.

Not everyone is going to play modern WOW, I know some people who returned solely for classic and were mad about having to pay a sub for classic that was the same as retail.

Yes but I mean, the price was the same before, it never changed so I don’t see why suddenly classic would be cheaper ?

Plus we speak of Activision here :^)

Because you are paying for a 15 year old game, the price should have been much cheaper for people who only want classic WOW or not retail WOW and I agree it is Activision here who only see money here.

Lets see my group was fighting over spawns against other groups, We stood in line for a named mob and desided to quiet as we coudnt compeet over the mobs.

I have gotten a new respect for retail.
I do think classic is beter but that has more to do with the community then the gameplay.

As for the OP…

YAAAWWWWWWWWNNNNN… How terribly predictable. Classic forums are over there, unless the Classic forums are full of people telling everyone how awesome Doom Eternal is.
