Hello. As we are all aware the ques for classic are abysmal. Seems like the only people that can play are the ones that are unemployed or schoolkids (who are also mostly unemployed). The ones that do have a job come back home queue for 6 hours and then go to bed. I hear there is a way to que remotely but then most people still get dced halfway as they cant stare at their phone all day while at work.
Anyways… after 2 weeks and a few hours of played I came up with an idea.
Is it possible for my unemployed member of the family to queue up for me (from their pc which is not in my house) and then for me to login when I get back home and keep whatever spot in the queue?
Would this even work? And is this ban worthy or just frowned upon?
I’d imagine that comes under account sharing so I wouldn’t risk it. I just use TeamViewer to get in the queue before I go home, and haven’t had any issues getting booted off. Although saying that I know a fair few people who have, guessing because I’m only queuing a few thousand, not the 8-10k queue they are in.

Hahaha dont let these naysayers scare you off dude. If a friend of yours or a family member queus up for you. No one is ever ever going to find out. Im willing to bet most people even do it like that.

You can’t log in from two places at once so if they are in the queue, and then you log in on your computer, you’ll reset it and start at the back of the queue.
If they actually manage to get in game, then I think there’s a grace period if you log out? So that might work. Sorry not familiar with queues as I haven’t had any queues.
Either way account sharing is a bannable offence and if you don’t think Blizzard will notice you logging in from two different locations simultaneously, you are naive.
At the very least the security system should lock your account for concern about account theft - good luck queuing from a locked account.

Use teamview if you believe any of the bollocks ppl are scared off.
It wouldn’t work as soon as you login the other instance on another machine will disconnect the account and you’d have to relog and wait in the queue.
You are allowed to share your account with your kids if the are -18.
As long as they don’t play the game it is fine
Here’s the uber hack, if you’re able to do it:
Queue at work. Let it chug on. When you’re ready to go home, leave it be, let it keep chugging. When you get home, login, and work pc is DCd. You now have a few minutes of grace period keeping your queue position at home.
