Such as bandages, the curse from the harpies in the barrens. How do I enable these?
They were in game in vanilla, where is the option to show em now?
Also charge animation bugged, shows the falling animation sometimes while charging.
I freaking love the game. I just want my healing numbers, even as a warrior.
EDIT: Might be that I misremember using an addon afterall. Now I just need to figure out which addon it was because it only did ONE thing. Show heals on friendly targets bodies
Try Interface->Combat and see the Scrolling Combat Text there.
There are also addons, such as MSBT.
There is no option to show heals I’m doing on other players. Only heals I receive. There is nothing in the interface options for it. I just want my heals to show above the player I’m healing, even with my crap bandages.
I hate every and all combat text/damage number addons. I’ve always loved the way the regular text and numbers looked like.
That’s too bad it isn’t in the Interface options,
and I can understand your hate for addons, some of them require so much tweaking and tinkering, and add a milion features you never cared for anyway.
I’m not sure why it wasn’t available. There must have been a reason that original devs decided so, maybe just because of hots?
pretty sure it wasn’t in vanilla (didn’t play a healer then). sucks tbh but I use grid for healing anyway.
edit: now I think about it I really can’t remember if it was or wasn’t
From what I’ve seen from all the googling, it’s a legion client specific thing. It’s not a true classic experience if I can’t troll my friends at level 60 with linen bandages when they are at 1% HP. I need to see the numbers or it’s not true to my past
I dont know why I bothered but just went on to Elysium, onto my Paladin without addons and tried.

So what you are telling me is that I don’t remember using an addon? Then the hell was the addon that showed heals on top of their bodies?
I actually don’t remember using any combat addons cuz I hated how all of them looked.
Maybe you just looked at their nameplate and remember it different, i’ve no idea man.
I’ve looked everywhere and it doesn’t appear to be a thing in classic. I just want to find an add on that will enable it.
