Heavy shot

I’ve tried buying heavy shots for my Large Bore Blunderbuss, but it just says it’s out of ammo. What kind of guns can i use heavy shots on?

Do you have the ammo put in the ammo slot in your character panel?

gotta remember to actuly equip the ammo aswell.

did you put the ammo on your paper doll ( next to the ranged weapon slot ) ?

Thanks! I had put it in the ammo bag, but forgotten to put it in the ranged weapon slot

Happens to the best of us. You know, despite being a hunter main all of vanilla, I too totally forgot about that when I returned. First time I bought Heavy ammo and deleted all the non-heavy, I was super puzzled haha.

Remembered after a few minutes, and went on my way
