i dont see the hit anywhere on my stat sheets? is it working just doesnt show it or what is going on
Nope. currently bugged since 10+ days… Hopefully this is something they will adress soon. Spent 2-3 days of woldtour farming HCs on my main only to fully deck out an alt that is now gone to waste considering no heirloom off-stats work. Extremely frustrating

It was fixed for inside dungeons, still bugged for the overworld.

Heirlooms are bugged since realease day till now.
This is a disgrace. Attack power and spell power, those work right?
This issue has now been resolved for me.
The plate heirlooms do give crit now
