I am one of those people living under a rock in the dark ages. While acknowledging it’s existence, i have all these years refused to play wow. That has now changed. I need some help and I don’t really know what to do. I am literally and figuratively new to wow. Is there anybody out there willing to take a noob under his or her wing? So far I can say I like horde and I have an undead warlock. I have tried several other chars, but this seems to be a self sufficient char. I would like some guidance and mentoring if anyone is willing. Please let me know 
PS I am lvl 70 on that said warlock so it’s not F2P mode, i am really trying but I am alone in this

My recommendation is to find a guild with people helping you pushing your barriers and helping you give the hardest steps. It can be a real game changer.
Once you find friends in-game, you’re set to great adventures and have a blast playing. As a warlock, you really need friends, unfortunatly.

Thanks for trying. I have no allegiance at the moment. All I’m doing is quite random as I have not found a single person in the game to answer some basic questions, just snotty comments but then again a game with a history as wow is to be expected, that’s why I chose the forum to seek for help. Why are we enemies again? 
I suppose an alliance lock is just as good as a horde one ^^

Yes sadly the wow community have seen better days when it comes to helping eachother out especially when it comes to new players. But as Lloyd said there are still a few good players and forums. But try and find a guild and/or a community to get started. I have a few links below.
