I dont see niffen give quests.
There’s a NPC with rotating cogs above his heads. This should give some information. But all in all things are not well explained. If you search on Youtube for MrGm you can see video’s what you are expected to do.
Wow’s overreliance on external sources because there is a lack of explanation and direction is one of my big problems with the game anyway. But that’s for another topic. Hope this helps you out.

I’m on the Consortium and Mechagon endevours in my two neighbourhoods so I can’t comment on that one specifically. However most tasks I can find via the Endeavours panel.
If I hover over any task it explains what it entails
Failing that I just google the task and see the comments made by others.

If that is the objective of help 3 niffen. Some of them around the neighbourhood have dazed markers over their heads. if you click the incense pots next to them it clears their debuff.
To get the incense sometimes you can find it in a pile on the floor. The better way is to go to the farm area and there is a vehicle driving around. On the ground you can find things to pick up and throw into the vehicle (if you take the niffen with the cog over his head with you he scent trail marks things for you ).
For the bees pollination quest after placing incense click the bee, it will follow you about so just run over flowers to feed it.
i hope that helps a bit, if you have Zaralek caverns (dragonflight) unlocked I found the tasks there to be the easiest xp.
