Help with macro

Hello. I want to make a macro that /tar’s the NPC and buys a certain item from said NPC /run BuyMerchantItem(30,1).
How would I go about it?

You can have a macro that targets the Npc, and you can have a macro which buys a certain item slot on the trade window, but I don’t believe there is anything that can open the dialogue window and then open the “shop” window
Please can someone correct me if im wrong (this is based on me manually checking the API)
