Every wednesday when maintenance happends the spawn window is opened and every world boss (Dragons,kazzak,azuregos) will spawn the same day within 32 hours . Then after they are dead they go on a 4 day cooldown and they can spawn between the 4th and 5th day , Thats for every world boss
