38 minute queue and counting, is this a bug or is heroic dungeons dead already?
Edit: Feels like im paying monthly fee to sit in an hour long queue while losing gold on a bugged auction house. 44 min now.

Ive been playing New World abit lately and its easier to find dungeons in that dead game which has 3k players online worldwide at daytime peak.

Well this is pretty simple being that the lack of tanks/heals + u have people leaving right after first or second boss making them fu.ck up

Once people stop treating tanks and healers like their personal boosting service, then maybe tanks and healers will queue more. Personally I don’t feel like there’s any incentive to tank or heal currently as the reward is not worth the effort

European players have been cut off from Russian players who made up many of those queuing for content due to the sheer size of the region in question.
At least in Overwatch if queues are bad on the European side of things I can go and play on the American servers with my friends there without any real performance issues. A shame that isn’t the case with WoW.
Instant for healers and tanks. Call to Arms (satchel reward) has been more frequent today also, at least on Horde side.
I’m more or less done gearing up in heroics, just needing a couple choice pieces for my dps spec. There’s not much incentive to keep queuing when I know I’ll be farming M0s in 12 days again.

Healing is rather issue that this role is impossible to play without insane amounth of addons.

Thats the Problem.
My wife an iam are healer and tank…
And we do some heroics a day normaly even if we dont need it atm.
BUT the reward is really nothing, rather than some experience in the dungeon maybe.
And if dds are rude for no reason sometimes. You think twice before you que up.
Because we can find a grp everytime in 1-2 seconds anyway.
SO be nice to your tank and healer

I only need Clique and properly configurable unit frames (something like Vuhdo, Shadowed Unit Frames, etc). I could replace Clique with mouse-over macros and the click-cast functionality that was added to the base game.
Everything else I use, like class/spec Weak Auras to track my CDs, the group’s interrupts and CDs, DBM, GTFO, Plater, etc I would use with any class, spec or role also.
Nah. I don’t think it’s good at all - I’m unable to play with my Russian friends and such bans certainly come across as performative when they are not equally applied to other countries engaging in the same behaviour that is supposedly ‘unforgivable’ and in need of ‘sanctions’.

Can’t say any bad thing about ban ruzzian players from civilized world. And by numbers, ok, some tanks from this cannibal pit gone, some heals gone, but dont forget that a big bunch of dd also gone. Accordingly, competition for European DDs has even decreased.
The lack of key players(tank+heal) in the group is due to the low popularity of these roles, and nothing else.
I already expect a crying of a legion of poorly geared dds about the impossibility of joining m+ like it was since m+ appeared.

No point in trying to argue with those kinds of people, Thalstarion. Even if you hit them with facts/knowledge, they normally turn around and say you have something against here, there or against that and the other.
The queue though will go back, once M0 stuff arrives in 11 days. Right now, tanks like myself have got everything we need from heroics and got valorstones saved up for the next weekly reset.
Also based upon the time of day/night, there will be fewer people around. As it’s the weekend, things will be normal, until the work week comes back around.

Indeed, I’m quite settled on the matter. Does it suck that normie gamers are stuck in the middle of a crap situation - yes. Do the needs of gamers supercede the value of applying financial and social pressure on the Russian leadership - no.
I long for the day that Russians can rejoin us in Azeroth, but so long as they’re beholden to a leadership stuck in the 20th century and backwards expansionistic fever dreams, it seems unlikely to happen.

Also, no. No other countries in our region are starting invasions of another and the bans and sanctions are deserved. The war needs to stop.
