Dunno I quit so I don’t know what there is to complain about for Outlaw.
Looking at Tweets though still seems that the biggest offenders to the game are RMP, Echoing Resolve and Destro Locks. As long as Echoing Resolve is in this game then I simply can not log on to a game that compensates people for having such low IQ.

It is wiser to wait for your 4p set bonus from catalyst and cap vault for 3 rewards in rated bgs, then you can step into arena. Helps your mental health.
