Same. Played since Vanilla and don’t think I’ve ever seen one in game, either mount or title.
This is a one-off in the game. They’ve never had an item that only one person per server could get one time only.

maybe most of the people who get it left the game and that title is rotting in their inactive accounts , sad.
well i don’t see them giving me better cosmetics than mage tower so i need to keep asking for them since they’re my fav.

Yes because invincilbe was put in the game with the intention of it being a rare drop from a boss. Mount and title from scarab lord was designed for a one time event.
Same thing for violet spellwing, it was added for players who completed mythic raid in legion before BFA released. Blizzard knew people would easily clear old mythic content so made it a one time reward.

ahh another one that i really want. i can understand all the logic behind it but first they need to change this way because it just keeps adding up to the locked content. we can’t get heroic rewards but we can get glory rewards , like i said, it doesn’t make sense when you compare it to other things in game. why can’t i get that mount but can get the glory mount, it’s also pretty easy .

How is the game too hard, its literally the easiest way to Gladiator or 20+ keys EVER, past 2 expansions.
What does a games difficulty have to do with content thats not even hard to get but literally IMPOSSIBLE to get, for it is REMOVED and unobtainable?
Nothing should be unobtainable, i dont care if they make up a new way of getting certain items, they can make it hard, as long as its in the game and obtainable,
everyone would be happy.
And mark my words at one point they’re just gonna add your ridiculously low pixelated compensation for something else of a mount in the Trading Post, and then im going to laugh real hard.

Definitely not.
I had an easier time doing the keys on 20 for portal in season 3, while pugging, than doing even 18-20s now. The bracket is now filled with people who were only doing 15 at max in SL and were often failing at timing them.

Personally, I pay my subscription for the experience. That experience involves Challenges and events, and some of those Challenges and events have rewards with are time restricted, and that is a good incentive to play a game that I genuinely enjoy the experience of playing…

Realistically this mount has very close to 0 value though, for nobody has it. People who did dont play for a long time, there probably 1% who are still playing, and even less who use the title or the mount.
Realistically its stupid to waste content to protect value that does not exist.

No it’s not an argument. But neither is “iT’s JuSt PiXElS!!!one1!!!”. That was my point of my last post.
I’m merely pointing out that you are paying £9.99 a month for pixels, whilst I’m paying £9.99 a month for an experience. For that purpose, I get far more perceived value out of my investment.
The reality is, there are very different opinions on this topic. Something that I realise and understand very clearly. As I take part in every thread on this topic, as it’s a subject I feel very strongly about.
And if you’re willing to have an open mind and discuss the subject. I’m willing to have an open mind and discuss the subject as well. I think understanding the opposites point of view is important to reaching a solution.
But you can’t come into a thread swinging fists and throwing insults around and expect a pleasant response.
But please understand, there is no circumstance whatsoever that I will ever support re-introducing time restricted rewards. But there are compromises that can be made which will make the game an improvement for everyone.

i am also here to have a discussion, what Im not here for is guys who have the knuckleheaded opinion that no compromise can be made even though large part of the community wants a certain change.
A compromise can be made, there can be some large flavourful things that can be brought back like D1 and D2 set quest lines and maybe Atiesh or Scarab Lord, they were just intruiging part of WoW history of design and gameplay. Some of these long forgotten treasures can be compromised.
I do not want to make seasonal rewards useless, they can keep being special, but in 15 years they aint gonna mean anything to anyone and can be given out in exchange of completing the challenge once more in some way.

Amounth of limited time rewards is like 0.001% compared to rewards what stayed in the game. Yet you instead getting items what are obtainable you waste yout time complaning about things what got removed.
I just love when entilted people get slaped in face by Blizz. You are like that 8y old baby what didnt get candy from his parent becouse you were missbehaving while your friend got one and you cry over it.
You dont want those rewards back becouse of hurr durr removed content. You want them back becouse they are special items what only few player own and you cant stand you are not one of them nothing els and nothing more.
So you out of pure jelousy would rather see those items be ruined for those players than accept fact you wont ever get them.
Its just tipical “if i cant have it then nobady should have it” type of entiltement.

All I said to you was that I was tired of these threads. Nothing targeted at you at all.
A change should bring improvement for the community as a whole, not just a section of it.
The reality is time limited rewards is something some players really enjoy about the game. So taking that away will ruin the experience of the game they have played for 19 years.
If they added to player power, I would understand why people wanted them back. But they are purely cosmetic trophies and add no value to your ability to perform in the game. Yet they do serve as suitable rewards.
That is why the perfect compromise is to offer recolours and similar titles. That way nobody loses anything. Returning old rewards is simply unacceptable.
Ignore her. She made it pretty clear in her own thread that shes toxicity incarnate.
