Hezrul Bloodmark bugged?

Hi there,

Is the Hezrul Bloodmark quest bugged? Hezrul has to spawn at the front of Wailing Caverns and will walk clockwise with two adds according to wowhead. But I’ve waited with a group longer then 20 minutes and we didn’t saw him.

Anyone has the same experience? Or am I impatient hehe?

Suppose he could have several spawns points. Run around the lake and look for him. It sounds as if you’re impatient I think.
