Hiding Lua Errors?

Is there a way to hide Lua Errors, or the Lua Error Frame in general? I remember there being an option in the stress test client, but it seems to have been removed for the release version of the Classic client, and I can’t seem to find an addon that’s able to block the frame.

And inb4 someone here shouts #nochanges, there were both addons that blocked this in Classic AND they introduced the option to hide them later in Classic, too.

Maybe we can even get a Blue response as to why this option was removed from the client between the latest stress test and launch, eventho the option already existed in Vanilla WoW 13 years ago?

You can do it with an addon called “AdvancedInterfaceOptions”.

But in general you do not want to hide LUA errors and request addon to be fixed instead.

There is a command you can use /console ScriptErrors 0
