I’m experiencing high CPU usage while sitting in one place doing the Secret Fish Achievement Part 2 (have noticed it in normal game play as well)
CPU usage starts off fine (~30%) then after a while pegs three of my four cores at 100% (75%)
If I kill the client and log back in all is fine for a while then it happens again. The issue arises in many different location, not just one.
Could this be related to the Mac issue :

That found high CPU usage was down to a 3rd party library?
Edit:
Tabbing to desktop gives some resbite.
Latest Fix 8.2.5.31984 is listed as fixing the Mac issue, but whilst questing tonight, three CPU’s hit 100% again. So not a solution for my PC it seems.

Does not seem to happen if I don’t have Chrome open in the background. So I found my solution.
