High elves are OP race

I don’t care what you all say. You just hate them because of the High elves fans, but the race itself in my opinion is OP.

And keep In mind when I talk about High elves I am talking about the ones that are still loyal to their name, and not the ones that renamed themselves and found a new faction.

  1. High elves taught Humans how to become mages. Your welcome Humans.

  2. High elves fought the Horde in the second war. They provided the Alliance with skilled rangers and mages.

  3. Some High elves were at Lordaeron during the third war (such as Janella Deemspring) however they most likely died when Arthas came.

Jennalla Deemspring was a [high elven] [ranger] of [Quel’thalas] that survived the destruction of her homeland by the [Scourge] (She and her high elven forces wanted revenge for the loss of their homeland, siding with the few humans that remained and occupying a small section of the palace gardens.” (Wowwiki)

  1. Survived a genocide against their people. THEN, survived exile by their own people.

  2. Very loyal to their name. Even though 90% called themselves blood elves and sided with the Horde, they refused to do so. They kept their last names, they kept their racial name, and they kept their Alliances.

  3. Helped in the Hinterlands

  4. Helped in Outland

  5. Helped in Northernd. Many High elven camps and buildings can be seen in the areas.

  6. Helped the 7th legion army.

  7. Helped the Argent Dawn army.

  8. Helped Defend Quel’thelas against the Amani trolls, even though they were exiled. (Cata)

  9. Helped in Pandaria

  10. Participated in the Suramar Campaign

  11. Participated in the fight against the Legion in the Broken isles

  12. Fought in the Bombing of Theramore and died

  13. Helped in Boralus (BFA)

  14. Also the Lady that sells cakes and sweets at the Darkmoon fair Is a High elf. Your welcome :cake:

All Hail Vereesa. Maaa Queen

All Hail Auric. Maaa king

“OP” race slaughtered by an undead.

You’re addicts to whatever source of power comes near

Those are Blood elves, they ended their hunger with Fel magic and taking power away from Animals.

High elves were kinda like vegetarians who mostly used Mana crystals which is why they still have blue or purple eyes (majority of them)

You’re now void elves, not high elves. No amount of cope can change that. You’re now just addicted to the void instead of fel or light.

I never said I was a High elf. But one can pretend.

And for your information I’m also a big fan of the Void elves and Void elf skins.

I’m not saying there is anything wrong with that. It’s just that high elf’s are addicts to sources of power.

True true. But that’s normal for all elves

I’ve just realised the Alliance High Elf megathread is gone :scream:

Right? It’s technically still the weekend

It just 404s out.

The OP put so much effort into the opening post, it had so many images etc. Just seems such a waste :frowning:

Many races were slaughtered by Undead.

example: Humans, Night Elves, Worgens

Don’t forget they helped Jaina Proudmoore get revenge on the filthy traitors by cleansing Dalaran from Horde filth. That is their most noteworthy accomplishment.

Because Jaina did nothing wrong

Yaaaas. I dont know why the horde are free to say that Sylvanas did nothing wrong. But we cant say Jaina did nothing wrong?

By the way i transferred Horde recently, but strangely i still have many Alliance power within me. its weird. probably the weekend feaver

Typical hypocrisy. I will say much more, I am glad Blizzard brought Hathorel and the Sunreavers back in BfA so that we can humiliate them again in the Baine scenario. Go queen!

Fun fact, even those High Elves who call themselves such, will at one point have been called Blood Elves, Kael’thas renamed the -whole species- before he went on his jaunt to Outlands. Given that he was the ranking authority, thats legit. Every Thalassian will have been called a Blood Elf, prior to the Exile, they were Blood Elves even when neutrals.
1.True, of any survivors from that time, which given Elven lifespans, we know is possible, 90% of them would be Blood Elves.
2. Again, the survivors would be Blood Elves, at least 90% of them would be.
3.During the Third War they were renamed Blood Elves. They’re High Elves at the start, but during that war they renamed themselves, we see that in the game.

  1. Yes and no, they survived the genocide, -then- were named Blood Elves, and only after the Exile did they rename themselves High Elves.
  2. The Blood Elves did not immediately join the Horde, they were Neutral, at the time of the Exile, Those High Elves (Even people like Vereesa) would have been classed as Blood Elves until the Exile.
6.Again, the same, the name of the Species at that time was Blood Elves.
  3. By then, the Exile -had- happened, so they had indeed renamed themselves High Elves.
  4. Again, the same, this was post Exile, so they called themselves High Elves, this is also when Vereesa formed the Silver Covenant.
  5. Well yeah, because they had joined the Alliance at that time.
  6. As did the Blood Elves.
  7. Yes they did, Lor’themar was not happy about this, but Halduron Brightwing is the Military commander of Quel’thalas so said “Nah mate, we’re getting them in to help out” Lor’themar sensibly let his General do his job.
  8. Ehhh, that was the Silver Covenant, who by then were acccessories to War Crimes, so they didn’t have much choice, and Jaina was kind of leading them.
  9. Yeah, that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, but they did.
  10. Thats because they were Alliance then.
  11. Thats going back to MoP lore, but yeah, a lot of High Elves lived in Theramore.
  12. Yeah, because by then they were Alliance…
  13. You mean that neutral fair? Yeah, that actually makes sense. There is also a Gnoll fortune teller, does that make Gnolls our friends now :stuck_out_tongue:

She’s a jumped up pretender who never earned her rank, she wasn’t even a full Farstrider at that point, but suddenly calls herself Ranger General? If she is a Ranger General, she should be doing a Ranger Generals job, which she isn’t.

He would actually make a good leader for High Elves, as would Renthar Hawkspear if they hadn’t stupidly turned him into a silver dragon mob you can kill. He at least earned his rank of Ranger-Lord, alongside Lor’themar.

Nah, just Mana.

They didn’t use Fel that way, we -see- what Blood Elves who lived off Mana turn into, and it ain’t Blood Elves.

True, but we also see the hypocrisy in that they are happy to take sustenance from animals once they have killed them…as in eating meat.

True, a lot of it wasn’t High Elves as they are in game, but there was some beautiful art in there.

Reminder that the Silver Covenant are the traitors. Thats what you call someone who betrays their country.

They’re both guilty of War Crimes.

Are you going to be alright? Do we need to stage an Intervention?

I dont mind the high elves. Just add normal hairstyles for them to use in-game so that everyone can shut up once and for all.
