It’s 100% unacceptable that Blizzard will not update us on the issue that is clearly on their end. Especially considering the fact we are all currently paying for an unusable service.

Some of us have had latency issues since last Thursday or so, sent in a support ticket and the response was just the usual blanket troubleshooting links. (With the extra added thing of “You should close Discord”. Well, can’t really run without Discord when doing mythic raiding…) This is the same thing that happened to some of us about a month or so ago. It is a problem on Blizzard’s end or somewhere in their server chain at least, it is on them to fix it.

I’ve tried posting traceroute but I just keep getting told I cannot include links in my post. Anyway it seems many people are having this issue so I highly doubt it’s anything to do with my ISP.
Had this since around 9am this morning - UK BT Internet user.
I had to tank BFD with 700ms lmao
Didnt go too bad all things considered
Logged on around 2pm here in the UK - Virgin Media user.
Awful lag so much so i couldn’t save the turtles :’(

What is your ping usually like with FTTP ? Only we had the fibre cables installed on our poles recently so once all this lockdown is over I am looking to order the 150Mb from BT. So just wondering 
Cant knock BTs FTTP at all - never had a problem with it over the past couple of years. Not sure on exact pings but average 10ms in wow (up until now). BT already stated they have no issues at their end so guessing Blizz need to investigate more at theres

Noticed a few people who are also on BT (like me) and are reporting issues. Maybe there is something on BT’s side aswell?
I’m 90% sure it has something to do with Amsterdam servers.
I’m from Serbia and using Telekom, also having this issue…so it may not just be on BT side.

This is definitely something on Blizzard’s end, or close to them. Suddenly had spikes to 200 home and 1300 world now, never had anything remotely that high before. And my usual should be around 29-30 ms

It is in the netherlands. The problem exists from Sweden too, the ping spikes and you get packet loss once you reach the netherlands. It happens in all Blizzard games. Has made me lose games in Overwatch.

Vast majority of issues are from UK people, likely because we pass through the server being nuked. We have few “decent” providers in the UK so doubt you’ll be able to make a correlation. Esp when theres people from all over europe in this thread.
